Physical Therapist Biography

Amy has been practicing physical therapy since 2007. She attended the University of Toledo and then received her physical therapy degree from the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo. Amy was born and raised near Akron, OH, and she moved to Phoenix in 2007. She began her career in sports medicine and joined the Barrow team in October of 2010. Amy takes a multi-faceted approach to treating her patients, consisting of osteopathic, visceral, neural, myofascial, and functional strengthening, depending on each patient’s individual needs. Besides treating patients, she now manages the Scottsdale clinic. Amy feels fortunate to be surrounded by such an amazing team of therapists, support staff, and world-class doctors. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, softball, sand volleyball, traveling, and spending family time with her husband and young daughter.
